Are we sure this song has nothing to do with Neo from The Matrix franchise? This song did come out after the first Matrix movie in 1999. I mean Neo The One. Is there. No similarities to the Matrix Franchise?👀🤗😸

Did you guys also noticed the fake "raving loonatics" copyright claim? Who even let them do that? Just because Generation Records (the company that originally had rights to Neo (The One) which was in 2001 onwards) went out of business doesn't mean they can just take the whole song, add some Christian words and call it a day

It's odd when you hear these tracks in gta III when they're mixed up, but once I listened each specific track especially this one, it surprised me and i'm not the type that listens to trance (more of a deadmau5 enjoyer, so electronic music is my cup of tea).
Something about old trance feels resonating to me, i noticed that too when listening to other old games featuring trance/techno style music like the old need for speed games.
