the wowee one is not a good product it failed after one month i tried not to listen to the comments and went out and got one and it was the worst mistake i ever made do not buy this trust me

no it doesn not, it only uses a 3.5mm Audio Jack

I've had mine for about a year now and it is AMAZING! The bass is powerful, the battery life is veeeery long and it will sound different on different surfaces, so at a point you'll be walking around with it testing it on all kinds of material. I got mine from Amazon for less than $50, and I recommend it!

I've got this, it's shit. It just sits there and sounds like a vibrating phone on most surfaces, completely ruining the sound. The battery life is crap, volume is pretty poor. Would strongly advise against getting one unless it's free.

i got 3 of them they are so so loud its unreal its sound beyond size they have so much bass its unreal for the size of them

For people in the UK, the best place to get one is in Game, they're about £30, everywhere else seems to be about £40 upwards :)

When you said there was a down side I was like, oh crap, he is gonna tell me that i cant use it to play dubstep but u said the complete opposite, yes!.

I have it since a year or so.. I connect to anything that is possible, my smartphone, computer and even TV to watch DVD. It has incredible bass sound and it can go quite loud (as far as an amateur like me can judge). It's now on my desk playing mp3's from desktop. I even made a soundcable from the back of desktop to next to my monitor so I can easily put this Wowee in instead of the lousy speakers of computer.

I have both the pill and the wowee one and there's no comparison the wowee beat it so bad also u can stick the wowee to metal objects also your saving about 300 bucks

P.s the wowee don't break it survived falling of my car at about 50mph the pill is now back in its box

Party ? You kidding me? I have this product. It is really good, but sticking is a bit clumsy because of his weight and it doesnt produce good sound + base is too big. But i give it a thumbs up

First thoughts very disappointed. Plugged in both leads, 3.5mm jack into computer headphone socket and lights came on but as the saying goes "the lights are on but no one home" just a faint crackle/buzz from the unit.

Not bad for a portable speaker of that size! Wowee is right!
