ОтветитьJust came across your channel and am addicted, think you for sharing so much information. I grew a lot of borage, calendula and nasturtium. Possible to make tinctures with them? Use all of plant or just flowers? Or tea is just as good?
ОтветитьThanks so much from Rome!
ОтветитьI have a nighttime tea I use with lemon balm, skullcap, passion flower, hops, valarien root and lavender flowers with a bit of hibiscus flower. It's so soothing and helpful.
ОтветитьGreat reminder we are always in control on how to react towards outside stimuli. Thank you. Your videos have been great learning and help through difficult times.

ОтветитьHi 🖤❤️
Ответитьthe video alone makes me calm, the beautiful video and your voice. thank you so much for sharing your wisdom!
ОтветитьI was in terrible pain last year with Sciatica. The worst pain I have ever experienced, like being hit with a hammer in the shoulder, brought tears to my eyes daily. I had two huge Rosemany bushes at the bottom of the garden, if I had know I would of used them. The tablets for pain did not work, I think something as natural as making Rosemary tea would help. This knowledge has been around for hundreds of years, and is better for us than taking strong chemical tablets. I wish I had known this last year, so thank you for telling me know. If it happens again now I know to go to the bottom of the garden to the Rosemary bush.
ОтветитьYou are wonderful..... my aunt taught me about some of these wonderful plants ... and yes.....I thank all the plants and nature all the time .... everyone says I have 2 green thumbs.....I send my love to all my plants when I touch them , and they respond......
Be blessed .... and thank you for your wisdom
For people who love lavender just like you and me one can add a pinch of lavender to ones pasta & Italian dishes. Just amazing ... 😻

ОтветитьWhen my boy was young he'd get body noses from stress. He get upset stomach and is have to let the school nurse make him chamomile tea bag to give permission in our school. It worked nice. As well as the lavender for his bath. For me i prefer valerian root capsules. It also helped an adduct next door to wean of his dr prescribed oxycontin for poison i have him valerian root and scullcap to sleep to feel as tho he was getting the dr prescribed drug. He cleaned out then the dandelion was after that for his liver. True story. N usa drs orescribe oxy's for poison in medieval days they prescribed (poppy as you know) heroine morphine and often they got addicted too. If back then and now to realize they're is no need for that heavy stuff including fentynal. I guess they needed something quick acting. Herbs can't be dismissed. Ibtemeber for stress a dr said gets done Valium and valerian root was a component but not advertised. Ppl need to go slow try a tiny dose dr how they react to herbs as done of us are more alchemy inclined such as a great cook in adding the right spices and herbs done have it some don't. My honeopathic taught me you go small and increase power tolerated and skat give 3 mnths to set if it makes a difference or isn't going to happen in 20 min. Our own immunity is made for us individually and ppl forget they might have tried q cup of yrs or 1 dose in tincture and nothing happened so they don't believe. This makes me furious. Ppl meed to know their allergies try it for a while and start small. Maybe you can get ppl to understand as you teach classes

ОтветитьPeople who suffer from depression often feel that they are not in the driving seat and need to hand everything over to God. That is why people who believe in God often do better than those who don’t, because they have someone who is bigger and stronger than their problems. I believe herbs are Gods pharmacy and are very helpful gift alongside faith in God.
ОтветитьHow do you use skullcap?
ОтветитьNO! Wrong! Thats Not Chamomile, it has the same flowers but dose Not have leaves! thats Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium) what else is wrong? Dont belive me then Look it up.

ОтветитьThank you so much. I've been buying seed for herbs. Hope to grow some of them in my tiny greenhouse. I love your garden. A dream come true.
ОтветитьYou are so wonderful my dear. Instant subscriber and will be sharing you with dear ones. Thank you kindly 🙏🏻
ОтветитьYou give people herbs for stress. I give books. My favorite in this moment is St. Julian, Revelations of Divine Love—“All will be well, and all will be well, and all manner of things will be well.”
ОтветитьI started growing herbs abt three years ago now, at 17. Space was limited so i kept smaller pots in my windows.
This year, i actually got to get some outside. I dont like giving too much personal information, but it was no accident that borage and lemonbalm wound up doing really well in my small garden.
My borage was standing tall and wide within a month. We hadn't had hardly any rain, but it came down hard for about two weeks. The weight of the water on its leaves weighed it down and it bent over in half. I was worried it would not recover. Within a day or two of the rain stopping, the end facing upside down started curving it way up again. Many stems snapped under the weight of the next weeklong rain, but it kept going!
Looked completely healthy again after a week or two, and was actually a lot bigger!
Looking back on my first year of outside growing, i think seeing this unwillingness to give up really tells us (or me, at least) all abt the nature of this plant and the help it can give us.
Thanks for your videos, i never knew anything could interest me so much.
Love all your videos, thank you so much for all that you share with us!! 🙏🏻
ОтветитьWe live in the US. Running from a hurricane. My daughter was 1 monrh old and breast fed. Her grandmonther fed her ceral! Ended up in the ER! My milk was clogged by then! ER Nurse told me to buy Chamamoil tea! Knocked me out, unclogged me and my milk came back!
ОтветитьHi from eastern canada. Just found your channel yesterday. Thank you. I can listen to your expert advice for hours
ОтветитьOne thing about Lavender, that I don't like the smell, but from some reason, when I smell my 'anxiety' oil blend with Lavender scent it feels comforting and put's me at ease.
