Why is Avi (who is based in Australia) being interviewed about this when he clearly does not have a clue about UK law or the defamation case (on the back of which a court order was Issued). Tommy pled guilty to multiple breaches of the court Order (injunction), which amount to contempt of court and aggrevated contempt.

The fact that Avi thinks that Tommy is a journalist highlights that Avi also (like Tommy) does not know or if known completely ignores) the fundamental principles of journalism.
