i dont know who needs to hear this but if your body feels tired all the time and nothing you try is helping, look into the hidden herbs by anette ray. im not into trends or wellness fads but this book felt different. its like someone finally explained how to work with your body, not against it

been in survival mode for so long i forgot what it feels like to feel well. not just functioning, but actually well. the hidden herbs reminded me that healing doesnt have to be complicated. sometimes nature already gave us what we need, we just forgot how to use it

Ill do all this if i can live beyond 100 and healthy till the end.
Otherwise if all this doesnt make a statistically significant difference id rather not be bothered. Except exercise andnit fresh foods.

But what if your glass is only half full? Didnt think of that did you? The real secret to longevity is mental state. Poor mental health promotes poor physical health. Social media promotes poor mental health. It eats away at your fears to make you need whatever it is they are partnered with. Cultivate a calm mind. Calm minds see through transient illusions. These interventions are free and will improve both physical and mental health and would make a great companion to any longevity regime. The Full Breath by James Francis. These interventions or podcasts are frying your brain! 😂

Yes, but Creatine is a Candida booster. Which is a parasitic invasive fungus. Multivitamins are bad for allergics. Remember, modern fruit exists only since a couple of hundred years.

Please don’t invite pseudoscientists. It’s annoying to see that millions of researchers work in the dark struggling anonymously to make people live better. They have no time to create blogs or go on shows like this. Others like hubermann or her, just by pure narcissism feel the urge to create groupies to feel that they exist. Maybe even bc they smelled money(hubermann). Witch is fine by me if it wasn’t by deviating science for strictly personal and mercantile means.

One thing I wanted to point out here is the drink that they are drinking. I'm a little confused because this seems almost like an oxymoron LOL I purchased the drink and looked at the ingredients on the back and I was surprised to find some of the unhealthy and unnatural ingredients that this drink contained. These people are talking about fitness, health, etc., and then they promote a drink like this that contains sub-par ingredients and it's really misleading and confusing as to why they would do this. We are supposed to be taking advice from people like this that have a more holistic view, but then they promote a product that is contradictory to what they are saying! Does anyone else see this as misleading and confusing?

The study with multivitamin is a bit suspicious....to my knowledge it was the opposite: it does not provide any benefit. The only groups who had benefits had likopin and lecitine in tge vitamins as extra so the benefitial impact was caused by them not by vitamins.

7 science-based methods for improving cognition (from most to least effort):
10 minutes of vigorous (high-intensity) exercise boosts memory and brain-derived neurotropic factor (BDNF) levels.
A daily multivitamin slowed brain aging by about two years in the COSMOS trial
Blueberries (1 cup min., 2 cups better).
Cocoa flavanols ( CocoaVia most potent and least contaminants according to Consumer Labs testing) contain different polyphenols (catechins) than blueberries. Studies are mixed, but both could help cognition & executive function. Increases vascular flow to brain.
Lutein (carotenoid) accumulates in the eye (highly-concentrated in kale — 24 mg in 3 leaves) protects eyes from both blue light and sunlight damage. Also accumulates in brain (protects “crystallized intelligence” in older adults)
Choline (in eggs) - brain function
Omega-3s — at least 2g
Exercise is the biggest driver, but diet adds major benefits.

If you are going to take multivitamins why not buy something plant based? I take organic plant based multis everyday by a company called synergy. Everything is fermented, so it's very bioavailable.
