Wow that is amazing
ОтветитьTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered this kit almost an entire 2 weeks prior to my road trip. They use trash FedEx Ground to ship their products so I knew the likelihood that it would be delayed and it was by 2 days. FINALLY when I receive my solar panel they sent a 100W instead of a 200W. I emailed, I texted and never heard back in a timely manner so I called support. The main CS person told me the only thing they could do is send it through FedEx ground again. I said that won't work for me and she said that's all they can do. I asked for a supervisor and had to wait almost 2 hours. FINALLY Margheria the supervisor comes on the phone and says they will send it Priority Mail and I should have it in 2 business days. Never received an email with tracking and now it's been 3 business days. Yesterday I get an email with FEDEX TRACKING. So they lied to me and now I have a useless battery I have no way of charging on my 2 WEEK TRIP. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. WHEN YOU MAKE A MISTAKE YOU FIX IT FOR THE CUSTOMER NOT MAKE ME JUMP THROUGH HOOPS. THEY WERE SO RUDE. SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE TO GET A JACKERY ORDER IT THROUGH AMAZON. THANKS FOR NOTHING JACKERY.
