Did I miss anything? Let me know what else you think should have made the list... Oh, and all links to the items mentioned are in the description as well as the squat rack attachment compatibility guide
ОтветитьPunchbag is good for cardio and could attach to your rack or wall or ceiling or on a stand, or get self standing one.
ОтветитьI dont think this video is begginer friendly. I wouldnt even know what to do with most of those strings.
ОтветитьFor cardio, I would recommend a Concept2 rowing machine. I come from a long line of cheap people, but it was worth the money. I walk, run and bike outdoors, but if I'm doing cardio inside, it's on the rowing machine. Right now, I'm working on being in the million meter club for the 5th time. With 4.5 million meters on it, I have not had a single issue with it. They are built like tanks. I made last year's winter challenge, too. A hundred thousand meters between Thanksgiving and Christmas. That raised a whole 2 bucks by me for my charity. LOL.
ОтветитьIs lifting barefoot more stable than running shoes?
ОтветитьA skipping rope is really good for the cardiovascular system. But not good at all if you have knee issues... So, I prefer air bike
ОтветитьGreat video! I will definitely check out that site that those all the available rack attachments. Keep up the great content!
Ответить"Promo SM"
ОтветитьGreat video! Appreciate the info!
ОтветитьOh goodness! Thanks for reminding me about the jump rope... have one around here somewhere. I personally love rebounding as cardio (but I guess a rebounder or trampoline wouldn't make it onto your cheapie list). Brilliant video - you have a great sense of humour and that British accent rocks.
ОтветитьThanks for bringing up the notion of 'indoors' cardio. I personally found that besides the jumping rope, I also really enjoy doing jumping jacks!
I usually do 90-second intervals, and repeat them 4 times with 1 minute rest. In 9 minutes, I've got myself a pretty decent cardio drill :)
This video introduced me to quite a few new home gym options that I never thought about like the cable and pulleys, and the weight bar pads, kettle weights and the dip bars. I would consider adding them to my home gym. Btw, what do you have invested in the rest of your home gym with the weight rack, bar, weights, ect.
ОтветитьI personally love kettlebells, much more than weights, as somehow I can hold on to these much better and they are more flexible to use because I used to have a broken/frozen shoulder, these are more hand able, and yes affordable haha!. Thanks for the other affordable ideas, time to shopping for some more variety :-)
ОтветитьExcellent video. I have been working out at home for about 3 months now with just two sets of dumbbells. It’s probably about time I start looking into more equipment that helps me get into more shape.
Thank you for sharing and keep providing your great videos.
A very good video man, some crazy amazing editing skills. I have started gym at home and this video has come at the right time. I also did know about weight lifting shoes, very insightful.
ОтветитьAppreciate the content! Can’t wait for this channel to grow!
