For a company that makes billions, especially during the covid pandemic which saw your growth explode exponentially, perhaps you should look into investing in your facilities where scientists don’t even have proper plumbing and have to empty their lab sinks into barrels.
I find it fascinating that the people chosen in this video are made up of a diverse group of employees when in reality, the African American women show here are simply used as tokens. African American scientists especially women in your company are systematically belittled and their achievements are minimized and never given credit for the work they do. This video is nothing more than a PR campaign.
