I always look forward to seeing you and hearing what you have to say.
My current goal is to improve my health gradually. I'm taking my medication more seriously and eventually I won't be drinking. I'm 55 and I want to get older.
The weather in UK is turning autumnal but I'll be blown if I'm stopping indoors
Thank You for Being.

Does your drone auto-follow you/stay at a distance automatically?

Hi Brenden, great talk and walk in a lovely area. You provide great inspiration. I've been walking twice a day for a week now, 40 mins in the morning and same in evening. My goals are to lose 35pounds weight and the increments I've set are 2Ibs a week. So all being well it should take me just under 18 weeks. The way I look at it is to tell myself that each day is an improvement on the day before. Continuous improvement is the aim and hopefully before I know it I will have achieved the longer term goal. All the best, Rich

The drone seems like a good idea. It allows us to listen to you while seeing more of beautiful Melbourne.

Your video series is very helpful and pertinent for those of us in "this" stage of life where redefining life goals and priorities can make the difference between plodding through to "the end" and creating a "next meaningful career" so to speak...

At this ripe age: no ruminating thoughts, we fought well, that is that! We appreciate the meaning of magical PRESENT via Zen yoga; and enjoy the serene awareness! God is in HIS heaven……. 🙏🇮🇳💯

I’ve been getting my house ready to sell for the past year. Those were the day after day little steps. Now for the big step—selling the house. After that my goal is to take fewer steps.

Great video Brenden. I like the new drone and the walk and talk. It actually enhances the whole process. I always wondered how the propeller noise of the drone was muted. AI! Spooky! As for goals, my main ones are to stay focused and mobile. That meaning, I have many things that I want to do as a retired man, however prioritising them and focusing on the main goals is my aim. Fitness and health maintenance, both physical and mental, are number one. Financial management is second and simply enjoying life is next...... All done incrementally. Cheers and thanks as always. Have a great day mate. Sean.

G’day Brendan.
I’m finding your videos & advice really helpful to get back some motivation & enthusiasm. Just turned 60.
I’ve got a big list of tasks I want to get done. Trying to tick off one significant thing each day, throw or give away at least one thing I don’t need each day. Exercise once a day. Keep separate lists of what I want to do & what I have managed to get done. Each task no matter how big or small feels like an achievement.
Which old golf course was it that got turned into the housing estate?
Eastern, Chirnside & Sunshine were all carved up too as I’m sure you already know, probably more planning to do the same. The land gets so valuable that they sell & move the clubs further out to cheaper land.
Loving the aspect & views with your new drone footage, how many minutes flying time does it give you?
Brendan have you been involved in or found any worthwhile “mens” groups, support groups or clubs?
I tried the “Mens Shed”, & although the facility was amazing & close by, sadly I just didn’t feel that it was a good fit for me, the bloke in charge made it feel like it was his own personal workshop & the others were his underlings, so I didn’t go back. Any experience with U3A? I thought of looking into that, but it seems to be 95% women in most classes. Melbourne men’s group?
I really feel the need to increase my social mens group & have more things to look forward to.
Appreciate your videos & hope you get lots of positive feedback to inspire you to keep doing more. Regards & Good Health.

Im 63, retired, last 4 years have been driving a school bus, this September I quit, now instead of getting up early for the bus, I go for a good walk first thing. I dont need the bus money, took your advice to start looking after my health in my early 60s. Sleep way better and not sick all the time from the bus, lots of colds. Great channel!

I’ve been unwell for last little while so now my goals are to create some healthy life habits: eating healthier and making walking part of my life style. Need to break this down into incremental goals on a weekly basis so that they become habits
