One thing I love about all of your videos is that you discuss foods you 'crave' and you figure out a way to fit those foods in. I think a lot of people struggle with losing weight because they believe they have to fight those 'cravings'.

It's very inspiring to hear you mention that you easily fit in the foods you crave (even in your "what I eat in a day/week videos I hear you say this and I love it!) Thanks for making this all seem so doable 🥰🥰🙏🙏✨✨

I think that feeling sleepy and tired all the time was my driving force to eat better and start working out. I was feeling so lazy and stupid at work and knew it had to change. As women workingout is very important for bone density and tendon injuries. Feeling awake and strong is like living again. Working out almost forces you to get more sleep, so that helps too. :)

Love this video - good reminder that if I need a rest day it isn't going to ruin my weight loss as long as I was staying on track food wise. I would love to see a rollerblading video - how you got into rollerblading and tips and tricks! I have a pair in my garage i would love to use but am nervous!

To replace your peanut butter fudge sonic shake:
1 scoop Revolution Peanut Butter Cup protein powder. 1tbsp PB2 powder. Ice, unsweetened almond milk. Blend well. Enjoy.

Edit: Another treat idea: Mix 1 sugar free Jello Chocolate Pudding cup (106g) with 1/2scoop Revolution Peanut Butter Cup protein powder. It makes a very fudgy tasty treat. 😋

I so, so love many things about this video. I'm a "vintage...+" gal who always struggled with weight. I was never successful trying to lose weight for appearance, spent a ton of $ trying all the "miracle stuff". A family and friend health crisis is when I decided I had to lose weight because I didn't want to be in their condition anytime soon.

Adore your channel, I've been 60 pounds down for 5 or so years but I love your enthusiasm and resipes.

Thank you for this video. I was keto for a while and got down to a size I LOVED and felt amazing, unfortunately it just stopped working for me. without cheating, I not only stopped losing but I started gaining. It was awful so here I am huge again. I joined WW a week ago and so far, I love it. I am not sure if it will work for me. Because my body is so weird. But I am tracking EVERYTHING I eat; I even log my zero-point foods. I don't overindulge in zero-point foods, I have reasonable portions, like a small baked potato in the morning with my two poached eggs and I have ground turkey with chickpea pasta sometimes, chicken etc. and beans these are zero points which seems crazy. My concern is, with beans, white meat chicken, ground turkey, potatoes and eggs being zero points, am I still going to lose weight? like how is that possible? Even in smaller servings. I will see my points left at end of the day at 14 but my calories will be at 1300 to 1500 already. So, if I add more points that is more calories and will that make me not lose? There must be some sort of science behind this besides calories in and calories out. I just pray it works for me!

It's primarily what we choose to put into our mouths. It's been about a month since I told my siblings, whom I share dinner with from time to time, that I am no longer eating pizza, wheat products, and other things like vegan burgers, which are highly processed and contain too many ingredients that are not conducive to optimal health. Yes, I gave up pizza, and do not regret it one bit. I won't do cheat meals because it sets me back. Now, foods that are mostly ONE ingredient. I used to exercise as a primary way to lose weight, which is madness if the diet is not changed. Now I feel free.

I just found your channel this morning. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been. Late 20s, 5’6”, 260 lbs. I’ve developed mild sleep apnea and I’m tired all the time. I started tracking my food 2 days ago and I’m going to try to track it for a whole month. My goal is to move more and be aware of what I’m putting in my body. I really like the mindset shift: “weight loss comes from what you put in your body and exercising is for gaining muscle”. For years I gave up losing weight because I treat food like a coping mechanism and thought I could run out a bad diet. But I need to shift my mindset and habits. Hoping to build lifetime habits this next month. Thanks for your content. Keep it up!

My story is to someone funny and unreal but in reality different story. It's crazy to imagine how one book can change your life, yea that are my thoughts too before reading and after failing every other diet nothing work for me except this book. I was at the bottom, I didn't know what to do with my weight loss, my mind was totally destroyed. I found out about this book on some forum 3 years ago, I don't even remember haha, but thanks to the man who wrote it. The first thing I learned in the book before the weight loss process itself is that everything is in the mindset and everything starts in the head, if you put it in your head you will do it, because only you can do it, no one will do it for you. My recommendation for everyone is to simply try the book, the mindset I got is unreal, and about the weight, I'll just say that I lost 13 kg in a month, it doesn't matter how many pounds you lose and when, you'll lose them sooner or later, you have to believe in the process and be persistent until the end, that's what the book will teach you, I honestly don't know how the book hasn't been removed because knowledge is worth much more than the few dollars you'll pay for the book. The book is The buried formula for weight loss by Josh Moore, only official site just search it up online the name of the book and the author.
