In late 2007, after the Bush administration had spent close to 8 years deregulating markets, a bubble burst. As a result of that bubble bursting and the guardrails being stripped from the economy, we lived through a recession that took close to 6 years to recover from. Obama was hamstrung by THE EXACT SAME REPUBLICANS WHO HAD JUST CRASHED THE ECONOMY. Next, because Americans are insufficiently intelligent, we elected ANOTHER Republican who did all that same de-regulation but along with stupid tariffs, but was broadly reigned in from his worst impulses. Then Covid hit and Americans lost their minds, but we’re still mad enough to vote Biden in. Biden’s economy was the envy of the world, 3 years after the pandemic ended. And then Americans voted for THE SAME GUY WHO KILLED THE ECONOMY 4 FREAKING YEARS AGO… I just don’t know what to do with THAT level of stupid…

One thing that I really want to emphasize is that democrats really need to relax with the condescending/dismissive tone. You brought a gen z guy to share his opinion, but when he expressed opinions that went against the thoughts of the host, he immediately was annoyingly dismissed and treated like a child.

Sorry but don't all kids feel that way?? Poor us, no one is paying attention. I mean the kids of the 50s 60s and 70s were sent out into Forests to play for 12 hours and nobody knew where they were and that's how we learned about kidnapping yet nothing changed for decades.
The 1902 is a truly good example, they didn't have proms either, neither did the WW1 WW2 kids, the country was poor.

I was amazed at the hands off Sarasota, because young genZ men (more than women) were the ones supporting MAGA giving us, protestors, the finger and such. It must have to do with the lack of historic knowledge and understanding of political ideology... Sad for sure. Most protestors were older for sure. For FL, it was positive as it felt that the 'passing by folks' were more honking and applauding protestors than the MAGA finger pointing ones.

As much as people hated on the War Room host from last week, it seems like these guys are saying the same thing she did, to wit, people were mean to me so I joined the Republicans to be mean to people back. (Not these guys in particular, just their take on the "bros.")
I'm not sure how you reach out to or persuade people who are only motivated by grievance.

If you are not more progressive you will end up in wars forever fighting. We are all in this together, and we need to make it the best experience. Be a partner to your relationship and support one another, get around creative’s, education is sexy. Open your mind to opportunities. Find your decent mentors who have empathy. Elon seems to have become a dick, just like JD, and Theil….they suck as partners, they are unhappy and want everyone else to be unhappy with them.

I'm sorry, but these Gen Z kids come off ridiculously whiny! EVERY generation has struggles. I am a Gen X who grew up poor and always knew I would have to work hard. So many Gen Z kids think they should never have to struggle and that life is fair. Gen Z can complain all they want, but that won't get them anywhere. Nothing was taken from these kids. I think the problem was that everthing wasnt handed to them on a silver platter. You think life is hard now in your Mom's basement? Talk to me after you had to take on a second job after working 50+ hours a week at the first one to pay for medical bills because you dont have health insurance and you still have rent to pay. Life is hard kids. If you want to get ahead, you'll have to work harder than you think and even then you still might get unlucky. I know these kids feel like they have it tough, but I just cant indulge this self pity.

This is so true. My parents were in their twenties when the Great Depression hit and their lives were totally destroyed financially because they never survived intact. All their lives they didn’t take a mortgage to buy a house. This left the family mostly without any legacy that normally helps the following generations…

Maybe they'll learn voting matters. If Harris had gotten the same number of votes as Biden she'd be in the WH. How is it possible that so many couldn't be bothered to vote and simply allowed Trump to be gifted with power again? Obviously those who actually voted for him deserve massive blame, but the apathetic are equally unforgivable.

The problem is that every one keeps thinking he’s making a mistake. They think he’s making a misstep in his efforts to help the country. Trump hates this country!!! From calling the White House a dump to calling service men losers and suckers, he hates the U. S. And everything it stands for. He admires Putin. Here’s the truth. He and his kids have crypto accounts that allow them to accept money from the countries he has slapped tariffs on. He’s going to raise or eliminate them based on the payoff!!! He’s calling all of us losers and suckers!!! No he doesn’t care about YOUR 101 k….. He’s about to put a decimal point in front of the one.

Sorry Generation X but I think the generation that had the worst time was the one who faced WWI, the worldwide Spanish flu pandemic the Great Depression and then WWII. All those things occurred between 1914-1939.

I don't think they had the time or money to attend prom.

Jack has great content. I follow him every day! Good grief! I am 80 years olds and have been through the bomb drills. The Russians were frightening. The 50's were fun. The 60's were traumatic with the assination of JFK. Lived through the Viet Nam War and all the political protests. My grandkids are 23 and 21. They don't date but have lots of friends. Their lives are so different. They were in High School when Covid hit. To this day all of the kids that experienced not having graduations and all the other things they missed. The majority have therapy! Thank you Kam, Jack and Tim! This has been a great conversation!!

🏥 Claim: 1,000,000 Undocumented Immigrants Received Medicaid

False. Undocumented immigrants are generally ineligible for full Medicaid benefits. They may receive emergency medical services under Medicaid, but this is limited and does not equate to full coverage. Some states have implemented programs to extend health coverage to certain immigrant populations, but these are state-funded initiatives, not federal Medicaid programs .

A claim suggesting that 1.4 million undocumented immigrants would be removed from Medicaid stems from a legislative proposal aiming to tighten eligibility verification. However, this figure does not reflect current enrollment but rather an estimate of individuals who might be affected by stricter verification processes .
