I’m not a doctor of any sort but I watch a lot of ear care specialists in the UK. One developed the wax scope wich may be pricy but he has a specula that has a notch in it so the instrument doesn’t have to go in the speculum. You may have heard of him. He goes by The Wax Whisperer. I’m sure that whole set up is probably expensive, but I wonder if he sells the specula separately I like the view you provide outside of the ear. It’s unlike any other channels I watch but just thought I’d mention it. It looks like it might be helpful.

With the first patient second ear that piece looked very hard , I think he was able to hear a flea dancing and jumping around after the procedure . 😂😂😂

With your second patient I first thought oops there is a hedgehog in there, but I do understand the similarity with the whale!
With us they call these baleens ( baleinen ) and they were used in corsets in the past, now it is all plastic of course!

( And indeed Mr Neel aka The wax wispherer has developed the I-clearscope with the speculum attached and in different sizes, as well as new tools like the Rai- hook , Rai jobson horn this one slidely bent like the way of the ear canal and a ear- pick all tapped .
I also heard him telling in one of his videos that he comes to America to introduce his product’s as well as a demonstration I think , but where or when that I don’t know. ) so maybe it’s interesting to send him a e-mail to have more details, he works together with ENT Specialists in the UK.
This is only informative not that I think you should do this , 😉
