If you are getting nightmares. It's a good sign that you might be shifting.

Since you are brainwashing by a lot of negative thoughts that would have happened by the media or by yourself.

So when you hear this affirmation. Your conscious mind tries to resist the change. That's how nightmares appear.

But be consistent and keep listening. You will get the results that you have wanted in accordance with the affirmation.

Slowly those resistance and nightmares will fade
