Great podcast! I am curious, Nick, about what drives you to continue to grow, even tho you know it isn't profitable, but like you say "it will pay off in the future". It's like saying, "I know its not in the best interest of my business, but I don't care, I want to do it anyway". Is this an ego thing or is it just the desire to solve problems and overcome hard things? The reason I ask, Nick, is that I can relate very much to your story and conversation here.

I really enjoyed this episode. It is so interesting to see owners of an entirely different type of business struggle with many of the same issues.
