I’m a success story, I had a breakup and things got really ugly., I did all the mistakes and then found Craig, I followed his advice and it helped to eventually come back... without listening to his advice I would’ve have probably blew it away for good

Hey! What if your ex gf is talking to someone else currently? It's been a month and a half since the break up. She has never contacted me about anything. Its been about 30 days no contact what messege should I send her?

First off you and Marge are amazing, Here's a weird one for you coach and maybe you can do a video on this , but me and my ex broke up on on (just checked my phone) June 15 2017 on April 17 2018 i was inside of a store and walked out to a missed call from her on "whats App" which i thought was VERY random , was this indirect direct contact or was it simply (which i assumed) her maybe trying to delete me and hitting the call button by accident? I've been no contact since the day we broke up , i didn't call her or message her back that day as i just assumed it was a freak accident, so what say you about this sir ? :)

he broke up with me because he needed space. after 30 days of no contact, we would have been 11 months. He apologized and said how much he missed me, he said that he could not do anything without me and that it was very difficult. I forgot him. he said that he would never let me go again. he broke up with me on July 3 saying he was too young and had to live life. we would have been 1 year and 2 months on the 28th and it is still his birthday. he broke up with me by facetime but he seemed not to be sure and was very sad. We have not spoken since then. Should I wait for him to come back or should I move on? It hurts a lot but I need to be strong. I’m devastated

I so agree that sometimes exes do not come back. I was one of those exes that didn’t come back after a 5/6 year relationship. Never looked back once because I was so fed up with the behavior and just like this guy, I thought my ex would never change. My ex moved on after 8 months.

Coach, your words still echo in my mind every time my most recent ex comes near me. I call it his “every two month” visit: January, March, May, July. I had to turn around while working with him and laugh because he is so predictable. Guess his rebound relationship isn’t going well? What do you do when your separated from your spouse and they pop up at random times of the night ,or at dinner time, or before me and the kids are going to bed. What do you say or do? Should I say we r going to bed or let him in? He still has a key to the house so he could still come on as he pleases. It's so confusing when your trying to do the no contact method. Should you answer their call every time they call you?

Hi coach/Margarette, My ex broke up with me 3 weeks ago because of being needy, always keeping an eye on him and constant need of attention. Im very anxious bout everything. We are in Long distance relp. He said he wud never go back to me and done with the relp. I stopped contacting him for a week becos i feel like he is just tired with all our fights. We started chatting (i always initiate though) but still happy at least somehow he's still responding. Something similar happened to me... But it was a long distance relationship. He recently broke up with me cause I was pleading, begging and being pushy to him. I was dealing with insecure feelings and jealousy. I should go with the psichologist long time ago. He is a good man. We don't know what we have till we lose it. The disadvantage is that we are in long distance. I started no contact but I'm afraid he move on fast. I don't know what to do. If I should reach out again to him after 1 or 2 weeks? My worry is that she said some hurtful things and she knows it and even if she wants to come back, she’ll hesitate and think what if he’s mad because I said what I said and he won’t take me back? So she won’t reach out.

my ex broke up with me and blocked me on social media etc. and moved on because I made her feel alone and unsupported for a long time according to her. She didn't put in any effort though for the past 3 years whilst I was pulling the cart to try and make it work. She was fed up of broken promises and in the end walked away and found herself a new guy immediately. She said never as well. I want her back for the right reasons and have been working on myself incessantly with your videos and workbooks but only after making all the bad mistakes in trying to convince her/beg/stalk. Need advice! ...at the time of the breakup she said, “maybe in the future, and “I’m not closed off to the idea” and that she still loved and cared about me. Fast forward 5 months later.. we’ve only gone 17 days (at most) without speaking or seeing one another. She always breaks no contact. Will want to talk about work, the dogs, etc. but anytime I say I don’t want to be friends and want more.. she says she isn’t ready or “can only offer friendship right now”.. this all came to a head 2 weeks ago when I called her out for hot and cold behavior. My ex broke up with me for the second time almost a month ago. So yes, it's possible to get an ex back.....keeping them is another matter. Last week I drove to his house and asked for my things back. He was cold and rather mean, told me "the right man is out there for me," and that there is no more hope for us. I believe him. There is so much pain involved with this relationship. I see my part in its demise, but it isn't all my fault, even though he blamed me. I love him. So much. But I'm also strong, and this breakup is somehow easier....maybe because I'm used to the pain. The crazy thing is, I would take him back again in a heartbeat. I'm pretty sure he's already in a rebound relationship. Once that falls apart I'm sure he'll be crawling back. At that point I hope I am healed enough to say no and stand up for myself and my value as a person!

I can totally relate to her. I see myself in her. My ex gf and I are both lesbian, we've been together for almost 3 years. She broke up with me because of my behavior that's exactly the same as the sender's. I grew up in a family that is not soft spoken where nagging became a norm. And she grew up having trauma with that behavior because of her father. And she even compared me that I am becoming like her father. She told me when she broke up with me that she still loves me and wants to fix our relationship once she's healed. So what I did was respect her decision and went no contact for a week, but everyday I became more anxious that's why I broke no contact 3 times. I called her awhile ago crying and begging, but she told me that she doesn't love me anymore and she is happy without me in her life. She told me that it's too late because she told me many times already to change but I am not changing. It's really painful hearing that she doesn't want to be with me anymore. I don't know know what to do now. I am so attached with her, and I could not even see myself being with someone else. 😭😭😭

This situation is somewhat similar to mine… I wasn’t that heavy with my gf but I surely made some things and said things that disgusted her… she also said there’s no chance now, never going back and seems to stick to it, but who knows. My turn to do the job now 😊

My ex told me several times in a calm tone and or conversation that she doesn’t foresee a future with me, she is falling in love with herself and that our time has come to an end. There was a lot of emotional abuse on both sides and there was anxiety insecurity and a trauma bond that we created in the relationship. I still very much love her and did that foolish thing right after we broke up where I pleaded for us to get into therapy and try to reconcile over time. She wasn’t interested. I’m trying to accept this but it’s hard especially knowing that she is going out and possibly meeting women. She’s cold as ice to me. I have very little hope for reconciliation. 😢

Today marks the 1 year since breakup, and 5 months since no contact started. She just doesn't give a fuck in a loving way, but just a friendly way.
