Just a suggestion. Every now and again could you do one that does not include forward, back or jumping lunges? I know those are leg day staple, but I can't do those due to Cerebral Palsy. I don't wanna have to skip through that part of your videos. I wanna be able to do them all the way through without skipping. Or maybe provide an alternative to the lunges.

I want to start working out on a regular basis with and without weights. I need to loose like 30 lbs and I’m the heaviest in my abs, thighs, and arms. I am a beginner but I don’t know where to start.
