I would love to see you delve deeper in a few examples, for instance, if someone had a neck spasm-couldn't turn their neck, in awful pain, what exercises or stretching of other muscles would be good- but NOT too close to aggravate it;?
Or with pain in your ankle, which leg exercises would be good to do to strengthen the muscles of the leg, without aggravating the ankle in pain (for example, squats-concentrating on thighs and gluteus or would that still engage the ankle- or better just to sit on a machine like the leg abductor, etc??).
