whenever I feel tired and overwhelmed i like to change where I revise so I might do an hour or two outside if the weather is nice, then come back indoors!

it may be a little hard with a degree, but because I take a levels I like to alternate between my subjects so I can work on something different and kind of refresh my brain if that makes sense
so for me I like that after a biology task i can do religious studies which is essay based and then go to chemistry or maths afterwards

if the content doesn’t feel like it is going in, take deep breaths, pause the timer, talk a brief walk outside, you’ll be okay

if you feel you’ve set yourself too much on a day and you feel tired, try lightly prepping for what you were doing to do and leave it for another day, that way when you revisit it the next day or few days however long you need to rest, you can just get started quicker having prepped!

anki tip: sometimes less is more, if I have a lot of cards on one deck I do it in chunks so maybe 10 or so in a day and gradually build it up so the next day I’ll add another 10 making it 20, then 30, 40 etc.
