odd how you can defend something you tell them to do. lol
ya'll ever wonder why they tell you how to attack and how they would defend that, instead of just saying "hey, come at me however you want, ill show you how to defend it"
odd.
Can’t rly teach how to counter a sucker punch cuz in training u know it’s coming lmao. U also don’t know who is going to sucker punch u. I had a friend that I had hung out with every day come from high school to my middle school to “talk to me”. Dude sucker punched me and continued with just an onslaught of punches. All while I had my hands in my pockets still trying to register why my friend is doing this and the fact that it was even happening lol. Ended up prolly getting punched 50-60 times then at some point I guess I tackled him or just threw him on the ground and I ended up on the ground as well and got my head stomped on a few times. This training would not have stopped this from happening lmao. I was fine tho I guess he didn’t hit that hard cuz I just got up and walked home not knowing where he went after. Just come bruising and minor cuts. Oh and the reason for all of it? A girl told him that I said I was dating his gf. I didn’t. She misheard me in a conversation she wasn’t even in.
ОтветитьOn fiest attempt the white dude was the first to move so black dude just reacted..
Ответить😆
ОтветитьCool story Karate just grab my wrist then...
ОтветитьDoesnt make sense a sucjer punch is one you aren't expecting 😂😂 only way to counter is having good reaction time and a clip isn't changing it
ОтветитьWell, his defense wouldnt work against a fast and straight jab.
ОтветитьOf course when you are in a street fight you get to tell your opponent how to strike you next.
ОтветитьMike tyson said this when he was in his 20s...he always looks atnthe shoulders
ОтветитьTo all watching this and getting excited: his advice is exactly right, but understand that once you put your hands on someone in a way that jars their posture, you are now in a fight.
Some folks might back down, but if a guy did what the instructor did to me, I just assume he's going to keep going. Thus, now we are definitely in a fight now.
Fortunately I've only had to "street fight" twice in 53 years. So I'm not some bad ass looking to stir the thread.
Uppercut
Ответитьthat only works on noobs that make obvious moves. try blocking a bruce lee type that makes no signs before striking faster than your eyes can see what happened
ОтветитьWhat about the second punch?
ОтветитьThis only works if the opponent is not a boxer. 🫤
ОтветитьSo if there was no telegraphing your fucked😂
ОтветитьMike Tyson alr told us
ОтветитьBest defense is be extra aware of your surroundings and stay out if striking range by all means
ОтветитьPutting your hands up, oldest trick in the book
ОтветитьBut what about his 2 homeboys running up on ya from behind and 1 has a shank n other has a glock40?
ОтветитьUppercuts 😬😳
ОтветитьThis does not work for someone who delivers straight punches or uppercuts, or angles off their jab
ОтветитьWow I never would have thought... putting your hands up???...It's almost a natural instinct 😳
ОтветитьStep 1. Learn to feint
ОтветитьEveryone here with the slightest amount of wrestling experience is laughing so hard. Why are there so many frauds in online self defence lessons? Should call this video how to give your opponent a dominant position.
ОтветитьA sucker punch is thrown from the blind side so u cant see it coming, hence the name. That guy threw a cross.
ОтветитьP. Diddy is looking heavier at that time.
Ответить❤❤
ОтветитьWow, how intriguing…..
ОтветитьNo. If you are blocking something with your hands that far out then you are doing it all wrong and you will get rocked and beat. Distance and protecting your face are fundamentals you should always stick with
ОтветитьIdk man, i'm pretty fast. I would never sucker punch someone but if i wanted to i don't think they would see it coming.
ОтветитьProblem is that your body language was too that you are going to do something. Like that youre about to strike/defend.
Ответить“How to counter a sucker punch”…..
Let the opponent know when to throw a sucker punch 🤣
Idk what it is but when I get into a fight my vision changes maybe focuses or something but I don't focus my eyes and just observe it lets me see the entire body of my opponent while not focusing on anything
ОтветитьSo young😂
Ответитьits pretty easy when you tell them what to do fkn cuck
ОтветитьSoon as he ankled off I knew that his punch was coming. I don't know about that, I think knowing that his punch was coming is how he knew. 😂
ОтветитьThese dudes with no chin who always seem a little drunk are lowkey the most dangerous mfs on earth
ОтветитьIt's easy to do when you are the one telling them what to do.
ОтветитьMy dentist told me to stop watching these training videos
ОтветитьHow to defend a sucker punch, you don’t it’s why it’s called a sucker punch
ОтветитьNah there’s no defending it if the guy knows what’s he’s really doing then it’s gonna be quick and unnoticeable
ОтветитьGets caught w upper cut lol
ОтветитьYou're supposed to get lower and use your legs to get leverage in an upward movement. That's sumo 101.
ОтветитьNice coach
ОтветитьI learned this in the late 80s, getting into fights with the illegal kids. They mixed boxing with soccer. No lie, soccer! 😂
ОтветитьUppercut
Ответитьok so after the first time im throwing a left jab or two........then maybe my straight will do its thing
ОтветитьDon’t work, learn to bring you your hand up in a triangle position wresting your hand on top of your head , that’s the best move and it won’t block 100 but should give you a sec or 2 to counter , never do what he did , look at videos people getting knocked out in Barr fight they alway hold there hands out because most of the time the guy is trying to push , once your hands are out you can’t see hooks or uppercut coming you will get knock out , what he did was a last ditch effort to disarm a weapon strike it’s better then nothing in those situations
ОтветитьThis is so true.
I win all the time with this concept... Wrestling, striking, everything.
