really helped
ОтветитьI had three 20' x 3/8" ID, clear vinyl tubing, for my portable AC (drain condensation from 2nd floor, to basement drain) . . . Put it in the dryer for 15 minutes? Ok . . . It got a little quieter after 5 minutes, due to heating . . . The kinks were out, good enough, after another 10 minutes . . . I squished these kinks the opposite way, which seemed to improve them even more - it was much easier to do this when warmed . . . Thank you!
Ответитьexactly what I did, no heat gun or boiling water required.
ОтветитьI knew the dryer wasnt just for drying your clothes. LOL
ОтветитьThanks! Works like a charm!
ОтветитьNo dicking around here.
ОтветитьThank you! Right to the point. I guess 14 down voters are jealous of your awesome dryer.
Ответитьwhat temperature did you set your dryer to? I don't want to melt my hose.
Ответитьthanks for the tip ! worked great !
ОтветитьHad oval 1in PVC braided reinforced hose that was flattened because it was on a roll. Put in the dryer for 10 minutes on extra hot, then put it on a cold tile floor and kneeled on the kink down the length while it was hot as it cooled the kink came out. Now perfectly round. Thanks
ОтветитьIt still looks kinked in your video
ОтветитьSo the kinks came back?? That after picture doesn’t look so great as it did right after you pulled it out
Ответитьdid that on 1.5 in x 2 feet tubing with a slight arc. no change
ОтветитьGosh, I was just about to return my kinked hose. You’re a lifesaver! My kois thank you!
