As a result of INCOMPETENT morons in AppleCare I was told to update to iOS18 now I have this useless phone I hate. Time to put CRAPple in my rear view mirror and say hello to SAMSUNG. Just another example of apple telling us how we can use OUR devices.

Thanks to your tutorial, I am now in the process of downgrading from iOS 18 to 17 on my new iPhone 15.  

However, I waisted many hours trying to find out why my iPhone 15 does not show up on my Mac mini M2.
I wondered why my iPhone does not show up as your tutorial mentions, and so I could not RESTORE for many hours.  

I write this to tell others that when that happens, make sure you used a high grade connector between your iPhone and Mac computers, for any low grade connector will never connect correctly to the computer enough to make your Mac computer could recognize your iPhone be connected. Hope this helps someone does not WASTE time as I did.
