Im playing this on ps5 and i dont have a graphics option. :( now what?

My game loads pretty fast, but the problem is when it's done loading, it shows a blank screen and goes back to the EA app.
So, I can't even switch back to direct x9.
I've tried everything. Can someone please help me with this?😔

This video literally saved my game, I had the forever loading screen for more than a month now, I couldn’t find a way to fix it and I lost complete hope in playing it, after 3 weeks of not even trying to touch the game because of the disappointment your video popped up!! I’m so grateful for this because I am able to play my favorite game again!

My build mode will not show anything not even the thing where you can build or place items do you have anything to fix it!

on Mac I have had little issues crashing but since I downloaded and have been using the university pack from Black Friday, I'm constantly getting crashes. I have deleted and reinstalled apps. any mcc discord bot has no info... I just do not get whats going on. I have done repair and clear cache.

What if your game keeps crashing whenever you open build mode, specifically for me it crashes immediately after I open the couch menu to pick out a couch.

Do we need to turn off edge smoothing?

My game logs me out all the time it will freez then kick me out any tips?

I haven't been able to play the game for 2 months because of the endless loading screen. I finally found this video and when I launched the game options menu. I don't have a direct x 9 option. Did you have to do something to add it in? I updated and its not there.

Hi, I started having this pie menu lagging since Lovestruck and I quit playing Sims ever since. I returned a few days ago and (I think it's the newest update), my game goes smoother than before. But when clicking on another Sim, it takes forever to load the pie menu. I have Lumpinou and adeepindigo mods' mostly and I think the issue comes from adeepindigo's general pie menu. I have everything up to date and I even took out of my game 'problematic' mods that Sims After Dark told me (RPO, Childbirth by Pandasama and Control Any Sim) but even with them off, the problem is still there. If someone would be so kind in helping me, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you so much!!

I deleted all of my mods and CC and even uninstalled the game and once i got everything back on i had an empty mod folder, and i launched my game and all the mods and everything was still popping up at start up... i don't know what to do because i cannot add more CC because it doesn't show up. idk what to do.... any ideas or help??

I am able to download and open The Sims 4, but the mouse will freeze. Not the entire game, JUST the mouse and idk what to do I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, taking out all the packs, taking out all cc.

My sims game had a forever loading screen so I force shut it and now it just says stopping and it’s been like that for weeks😭
