Why not use the sparkling when you join the dissimilar materials from the start.

The spackle won't crack but would the paint? Sorry if dumb question, I have a large crack down the corner of a room ceiling to floor. It's been stable for years but don't want to look at it anymore. Wonder if this product will work of the crack is too large.

I’m doing frameless doors with wood frame. I am using this product but it’s too hard to work with for big areas and hard to sand it. Can I use regular mud for the first two coats and use Alex Flex for the last coat just where might be the future crack?

Or the opposite way, Alex Flex first then two coats of regular mid to get a nice finish.


Can I mix this product with water to make it softer?
