Can I use PTZ NDI|HX camera or should use PTZ NDI|HX2 version of camera ?

Can you layer propresenter lower thirds on each screen?

My is constantly freezing, rebooting helps for a while, any ideas? Is there software update/upgrade or refresh for thus switcher?
