Hello Carla, I'm on the road to recovery from surgery I now find what suits me best is a pedal excerciser purchased from Amazon which takes up a lot less space. They are available from £20 it also means I don't have to stand.

We call a bread roll a cob. My daughter's married name is Cobb and when she was pregnant with her twins we called them Cheese and Onion. 😂

Really enjoyed this . The bike is fantastic . I turned into a nail biter at the age of 50 😢 .i now have to pay for false nails at a nail bar,which is an expence i could very much do without . Loved seeing your Mam .take care xx

I agree having the bike in your home you are more inclined to use it regularly. I can go to a local gym but it’s the getting there that often stops me.

The exercise bike looks pretty good. I suggest doing ten minutes first thing while you’re still in your pjs.

All the dogs running on the frosty grass in the morning sunshine is a lovely sight. You sure can tell Anthony is the leader of the pack, the way they all run to greet him and stand by him when he came into the park, adorable! Very handy having exercise equipment in one's home, that way when you have a spare few minutes you can hop on any time you like. 5 minutes is better than none! In Canada we call bread rolls - Buns. For daily meals I say: Breakfast, Lunch, and Supper. Some call lunch dinner, some call supper dinner, I only say dinner if we're "going out for dinner" lol isn't the English language fun!?

You're doing really well, especially as you've got the dogs as well.

Keep going I had bad knees got an exercise mat do dancing on u tube and I'm very overweight with arthritic knees now no pain at all don't give up by then way love u r dogs
