I want the Democrats to say, the case against La Monica has not concluded and we must wait to the conclusion of the criminal case. Really, that didn't seem to matter when you got rid of the Republican Congress member, who was accused of lying and other things during his campaign, to the people of his district. There was no conviction, because there was no trial on it, yet. Context, he was convicted of the accusations, I must note, but in this case, this is the exact sane thing...

The reason why Justice is depicted with a blindfold is to symbolize impartiality and objectivity - allowing her to not show up in person, violates this cornerstone of the judicial system. It proves that there is a two tiered justice system. She should face the same standard she demands should be enforced against people she disagrees with politically.
