Another race baiting video. There is no way these cops could have known what race she was with the tinted windows. The cops were minorities, one Black, the other Hispanic. She probably had confidential license plate that give no address when the plates are run. That comes up totally different from regular plates when ran. This is available in some states for peace officer, judges, government attorneys to help keep them safe from threats by helping prevent their address from being made public. I have confidential plates on all my vehicles.

If this cop had a full brain he would of known that all state officials vehicles as soon as you run the license plate wouldn't have come back to anything.
