Grounding Barefoot Trail Ruck- Burn the Boots!

I find it strange that you started the trek with boots on but I guess you are just testing barefooting at this point.. It would also improve the viewers experience if you gave more details of your hike like where and how long and replaced that awful soundtrack with your voice and commentaries. This is meant as constructive criticisms from a full time barefooter . I hope you keep posting barefoot videos and improve on them

Yes barefoot is the way that we were meant to be when we can, I too wear barefoot shoes being in the big city filled with broken glass sidewalks from the lower class of people that I have to share the sidewalks with but barefoot in the house and the local park does my body good- love earthing and seeing you sharing this interest makes my day you lovely lady 😂❤🧘🏼🌿
