does acronis make a list of the files it could not copy?

As mentioned before `always` I repeat always `Validate` the image after imaging then you know the copy is 100% good

@StrongOneX I had the same problem with Acronis. I gave up, uninstalled Acronis and replaced it with Macrium Reflect which works perfectly.
