WordPress How To Add Video To A Page Or Post [2023]

How do you resize the video? To make it smaller on screen.

I added a go pro video using the link from gopro quik, but it shows on the page but plays audio only! what am I doing wrong?

I tried doing this and it embedded successfully, but got a ton of white space at the top.

How do I fix that?

This says how to add video to a page or post, but I'm only seeing how to add it to a post. I'm a WP newbie, but I can't see how to do it on a page based on this video.
