What happens if the cops don't read me my rights?

Ty I had the police take me into the school office and ask me questions about something that happened and they didn't read me my rights. It was something that could go to court as a felony btw.

Thank you I’m in a situation where I was pulled over for a tail light then they convinced my girl they had to search her or car or they would hold her there. Along with not reading her her rights then after the station when she requested that a female search her the cops didn’t allow it even tho there was multiple present, n she said that he was really Touchative in a inappropriate way, they searched her 3 separate times n only had searched me once.
