plis build potatOS
Ответитьwrangling wheatly is HILARIOUS
ОтветитьSo….. how much we talking about here?
Ответитьyou'll be hearing from me in a decade if i become rich c:
ОтветитьGet harryuk101 to get some personality core voices
Ответитьtbh thousands of dollars for construction doesnt seem too expensive to make a business out of. like its a common joke that furries spend about that much on suit commisions and art, so i dont see it as unlikely that quite a few people would pay high amounts for a custom core
ОтветитьWhen you unplug Wheatley make him scream which gets cut off😈
ОтветитьYou should make more of them like the one that’s based off the turret
ОтветитьI'm sure you probably trusted that that your wheel arrangement would hold him, but I believe you can hold more weight, a bigger one, hang something from him like clothes or whatever, if you were to add another one to the top and configure them something like a w
Ответитьhow much does it cost to make one please I have 80 cents please
ОтветитьI am suddenly very afraid of AI.
ОтветитьWhat ever happened to the pip boy 3000 you made
ОтветитьMake Samuel Hayden from doom eternal plz
Ответить12 volts? I wonder if there's a way to get it to as few as 1.1 volts for apocalyptic low power environments
Ответитьimage if you used the newest versions pieces to make a more accurate wheatley crab!
ОтветитьVengo de ver el short de glados después de que me diera nostalgia y escuchara still alive, sus robots se mueven muy bien, es increíble
ОтветитьWheatley could have won home assistants year of the voice contest. I believe they’ll be doing another……
ОтветитьGreat project and thank you for sharing the files!!
Ответитьnow make GLaDOS but in the potato version :D
Ответитьwhere is your house? no reason.
ОтветитьWould you reconsider the AI question now that openAI has released GPT-4o?
ОтветитьMake a turret
ОтветитьCool I love but can you put Wheatley on glados like from portal 2 I'm a big fan I'm 10 i love your vids so please try connecting Wheatley to glados please
ОтветитьYou should mack space core plees
ОтветитьThe mechanical arm version of the management rail has an almost identical design to the arms of the panels, so if you ever decide to make either of those, knowing that might be a good time saver.
ОтветитьPLEASE SELL THEM IN KITS LIKE LEGOS 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Ответитьi actually have an idea to give wheatley more life without using the orginal voice actor's. You could hire someone like harry10k who does a good wheatley impression and get his permission
ОтветитьThere are two different Wheatley voices. Obviously Stephen Merchant is in the released game. But there was an early preview where Richard Lord, an artist from Valve and a Brit spoke the lines. He's actually also the original modeller and rigger of Wheatley. When the game came out, lots of people were disappointed because of course they would be, because they already fell in love with Lord's performance. Works at Double Dagger now, i think.
A way to deal with differences in the rig is animation retargeting, and it is an active research field with some approaches. The only plausible way i know of for differences in fundamental rig design is through IK, you calculate from the animation where the final position of important endpoints is, normally say on a vaguely humanoid character that's done with say toe, wrist, pointing fingertip, you want to boil down the complex animation to as little data as possible, plus constraint guide angles, so say elbow position is not used directly but it is used in the solving process, do some transformation to bring your target points within the target rig movement range, and then calculate (solve) back to the joint positions that are needed to achieve that pose with your rig. Obviously IK is a whole can of worms in and of itself, since not every position has a valid solution, and not all solutions are temporally coherent, but it's a "solved" problem of sorts. And then probably filtering and fixup, so basically insert magic here. So for sure it's going to be a whole research endeavour with no 100% solid recipes.
make the space core please
ОтветитьWhat i rhink would he neat is face tracking, translated to ps3 controller inpults. It would take hella code but it would allow you to record voice lines ans facial animations at the same time. Voice line play, synced animation play
Ответить@Harry101UK would be a great choice for a personality core's voice, he makes great videos about cores. (He's also a Valve employee [or former, idk])
Ответить“Hello! This is the part where I kill you.”
Ответитьadd a camera on his eye (gotta be hidden too)
Ответитьp-body and atlas build when?
ОтветитьRe: animations. I'm sure you can animate him at, say, half speed and then sync it up with a voice line with a 2x speed recording of that animation. It might be really time consuming to go through his animations and take notes on what each bit is doing at whatever frame, but it is still definitely possible and feasible, at least for video where you can edit things to match up better
ОтветитьYou should sell cad design classes/tutorials, giving design tips, ideas and how you came up with the design decisions you did over time.
ОтветитьPlease build a working turret next 🙏
Ответитьnext up: building a one-to-one building of aperature labs in my backyard
ОтветитьYou made this with Onshape?
ОтветитьIf I had the money, I would happily buy a Cheaper made version of Wheatley, like I don't want something that's exactly like that, I would pay for one that uses lesser parts, weighs less and doesn't look as accurate, I want a dollar store version of Wheatley, a straight up Bootleg Ugly Barbie Wheatley, I will pay for that.
ОтветитьIs he a moron built to make GLaDOS an idiot?
ОтветитьI seriously think you should work on making it AI-Powered.
ОтветитьBuilding a working GLaDOS and Wheatley are great. But...I'd really like to see the robotic actuators that control the wall panels come to life.
ОтветитьPLEASE ADD AI
ОтветитьThe for sale making me laugh because you say i am priceless
Ответить
