Looks decent, but I'd opt for a oex phoxx 1 v2, cheaper still pretty light better waterproofing more space and still low profile 👍

When possible place the bivy adjacent large downed trees or something that can block the outline from an entire viewpoint. Another option is finding low hanging tree or foliage cover, such as inside vines and honeysuckle mass.

I have one of these! Id say the only bad thing about it is .... its not waterproof! got caught out in a rain storm and didnt have a tarp! the amount of water ingress was alarming i found!

Common mistake is picking camo to fit the color of leaves or other head-height vegetation.

Look to the forest floor as rhats where you want something like this to blend in.

If you're in an evergreen forest, or even a deciduous forest with little to no fresh green growth on the ground, a green camo net and/or bivy will be a huge green lump in an otherwise brown environment. This forest vid luckily had enough green vegetation to make it work.

Another tip when setting up camp, is placing the tent in the denser brush so you don’t get hit by crazy motorists, and people will generally avoid dense brush unless they’re trying to hide from something.

How is it at night under thermals and nods. Often, synthetic materials are very florescent and will stick out like a sore thumb!
