ОтветитьMorning Claire! Happy to see your post again. From Vancouver 🎉
ОтветитьJust how I like to eat! Well done!
ОтветитьPls share your take on nuts
I never see you using nuts/ seeds❤ thank you
Great wholesome eating
ОтветитьHi dr claire lovely vlog healthy food ,thank you for this video ❤ 😊 xx
ОтветитьLove these!! I'm working on getting more veg and fruit and IRON! My ferritin is gone.
ОтветитьPlease shut up, youre not a real doctor
ОтветитьThank you for putting the measurements to the recipes that is very helpful
ОтветитьLove the roasted veggie tip! I did a big batch of Brussels, red onion, parsnip and beets with just salt and garlic. Will use for weekday Buddha bowls (make ahead kefir, ACV, dill and chives in blender) with left over roasted chicken and gr beans from weekend and a “Bimbap” (make ahead soy sauce+ sesame oil + gochujang), topped with an egg. Any
Leftovers will go with bone broth for a soup…..
Totally trying the baked oats! I can do carrots and pineapple (can’t combine fruit and grain but my naturopath says pineapple and melon are exceptions). So I’m excited to try this on a “grain day”!
Ответитьis the cottage cheese full fat? I don't think pressed cottage cheese is available in the USA, very interesting! I like to make bone broth in a crockpot.
ОтветитьLove watching and have been adding two small pieces of Italian peccorino Romano grass fed sheep milk cheese everyday what do you think of the research on C15 a saturated fat we need for longevity
ОтветитьI’d really love to be able to eat how you do. Loving your videos so far and all the knowledge
ОтветитьA bone broth tip I saw on Becca Bristow’s channel is to do 120 minutes, release the pressure, and then do a second round of 120 minutes!
ОтветитьAbsolutely love your videos for food inspiration! Alao, can you sgare egere you got the glass pour over coffee pot? Its so adorable and the perfect size
ОтветитьI’d love to see more quick low FODMAP meals for one maybe in 20 minutes or less. Maybe more diversity or some ideas for like Mexican, or any other kind of food style. I expected just salads and smoothies so this was different but definitely a lot of cooking and dishes lol IMO but great video!❤
ОтветитьI make my bone broth in a slow cooker and I cook it on low 12 to 24 hours, I don’t know anything about the instant pot but maybe a longer cook time will give you the results you’re looking for 😊.
ОтветитьI love how you focus on nutrient diversity and a high-fiber diet! Your meal ideas are truly inspiring. I can't wait to try some of these recipes!
ОтветитьI really enjoyed this. I am seeing a dietician and have lost 6kgs in 8 weeks. Pretty much everything in this video is what I enjoy and fits in my plan. Thanks for sharing, very inspiring 😊❤
