I think you should just paint it a bit different for now. You need to hide that box in the back imo.

Make the main gear wings really pop with a different color. Then then have the smaller ones some other color. Otherwise this is great.

Long thin feathers at the end that move like airplane flaps maybe? I don’t know how you would make it but I think it would look so cool!

For your first gear wings, they are nice and simple. The concept of a pair of wings made up of gears is very interesting. If you or some other creator wanted to, you could make the wings bigger, intricate, and look more like wings.

Nice. Just be careful with your hair in the back. I would add something see through and protective to not have hair or other stuff fall back and get into the gears

You're right, out needs to be bigger and have more gears. But now you're practiced at it and can do it a lot easier if you ever feel like it.

They're pretty, but I'd suggest they need some gold or bronze enamel drybrushing to really make them POP as steampunk!

Be sure hair is up snugly that looks like it’ll be a tangled mess with the hair

Make the dress black, paint the gears green and black add a witch hat and boom you have a Wicked the musical inspired creation

A feather analogue that move according to the gears. Gears and cogs are cool on their own but ultimately they’re a means to an end. That being said it’s perfect enough on its own as is.
