@sourcingxpress @shivumargauram - thanks for sharing the tips, really insightful. Two things to confirm - 1. there is no word womens in correct English language. For single female - we use a woman for plural its women - with an "e". II. Diversity doesn't only relate to "females" or girls. It's beyond that e.g handicap, hearing disorders, autism etc. I would love see your content growing in those areas too. Thanks again for sharing the above. It helps me to understand how India experienced recruiters include something in their work.

Gender-related terms: genderqueer, transgender, non-binary, cisgender, genderfluid, etc.
Ethnicity-related terms: African American, Hispanic, Latinx, Asian American, Indigenous, Native American, Middle Eastern, Indian, Asian, etc.
Disability-related terms: disabled, differently abled, accessibility, ADA, etc.
LGBTQ+ related terms: LGBTQ, lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, pansexual, asexual, etc.
