Tre talked about flashcards... I'm learning a new language and I found out there's flashcard softwares that are super helpful. I'm using one called Anki and the software handles a lot of the process part - like how many repetitions you should do, how often you should be reviewing the same card, etc. It's the part I never was able to do by myself! The only issue is that you have to do it everyday to learn a langague. That I'm faltering.

Very high hopes for both these guys. Gadsden is doing the extra work esp with having his pops in his ear prepping him for the grind.... I hope he keeps that up.. Hes got a chance to do some damage with the mismatches hes going to run into.

Coach Herbert is the quiet X-Factor. He is involved on so many different levels with the team that is not highlighted. I have used the “everything thing in its place, the same way, every time” in my home gym. It has really helped me be more disciplined and efficient.

You can tell Oronde's been listening to his father. OG1 had to fight to make a squad, and that scrappy hard working attitude is going to serve OG2 very well.

This whole rookie class just looks the part man and I'm super excited. They all look like what you'd expect Super Bowl champions to look like.
