How To Reset Messenger PIN Code?

I don't get the reset pin option.

It's not allowing me to even get a one time pin and it's not letting me reset my pin.

Is this only on iPhone? Because my phone doesn't have a reset pin option. My only option is to delete my old shit and start over again which obviously is pointless because if I delete the old shit I won't Even care about resetting the pin.
