Has to be my favorite cello concerto! :)

She’s my bad-ass hero.
Malditos comerciales!
Just when she started playing the 3rd movement her A string broke did you not catch that?
One of the best soloist entrances to a concerto for any instrument
Best cellist in the world. So cruel
Dupre....siempre inolvidable!!! Igual que Hilary la hermana. Besitos.
Thank you, Jacqueline and Daniel Barenboim!
Ответитьno ha habido otra igual......simplemente epico
The children are so much fun.
Dvorâk baila en su tumba.
I saw the same concert 1968 in the Usher Hall Edinburgh, she broke a string at the start.💔
Quite obviously the director of this visual piece knew exactly what he was doing.
Goyette Inlet
1st Horn Barry Tuckwell❤️❤️❤️📯📯📯📯
Great music flow ❤ 🎶 ❤ 🎻 Great Finale!
So very superior ... not only more than just audio but ... Mlle du Pré ,.. exquisite!
She was an Angel, too good for this world.
The principal clarinet here was the late, great, Bernard Walton, a truly glorious player. An earlier comment notes Barry Tuckwell as principal horn. The LSO at this time had many stars, as can be heard here. And Clarinettists just love playing the Dvorak!
Goosebumps, nothing else.

WHAT A LOSS FOR THE WORLD.
RIP.
INMORTAL
There’s overall sweep and flow plus some considered detailing but the fiery conception is immediately silly with foolish attack, everything overdone and childish, no idea about the music’s inward returns, an angry and confused lady her life soon to wind up; way over the top, a joke.
Ответитьanyone notice that Jacqueline tensioned the bow just before it happened 29.24.
Cello.
❤BEAUTIFUL PEACE
❤BEAUTIFUL CELLO.
SHE IS EXCELLENT
sublime ... such a loss .
I still use the expression “Two minutes please, while I change my string” when I need to be excused.
Nobody gets the reference.
Anyway, a sublime performance.
Watch a young woman make love to her musical instrument.
Impresionante...una gran chelista!!!! Besitos.
She was the best cellist of her time.
