Right off the bat- I need more windows.

The bathroom and cabinetry don't have and elegant look. Nothing stands out really. It's too blah. The fridge is great though. Bedroom a little small and windows could be bigger, no sliders? This one is not for me.

Very nice, the only thing I think I would change is I would turn the refrigerator facing the stove and bring it out to the corner of the end of the counter. And in the space that is left behind, it put another kind of storage closet we’re still plenty of room to walk through the dining area into the living room and it would make the living room feel bigger. I hate having my fridge at the end of a long walk. Or put the refrigerator inside the front door on the wall, where the dining table is now and have the dining space at the end of the kitchen counter.

That is a chunk that needs added to the price.

Quite nice. Only thing I don't like is the bedroom and bathroom on opposite ends. Not gr8 for those of us who need to make trips during the night.

Agree with others about needing more windows and french doors to back. Also, there is room for separate washer dryer or stackable unit and I would prefer those. I would also like to have a ship, the setup requirements, and what's included in price for Califonia 95076.

So much wasted space in this unit. Disappointing. So many design flaws. Take kitchen cabinets to ceiling, add a swing out island in kitchen. Move ‘backdoor’ to bathroom so you have ‘mud room’ which will give you another wall in living room for better setup that’s more inviting va this stark cold you have now. So many things could be done differently. Hard pass.

Way too few windows and in California it’s not up to code because you need to have a certain size window that opens up in bedrooms so you can crawl out if there’s a fire. That size window is not in there.

Why live in a flat roof box with no windows??? Guys stop with the flat roofs. And boxy shapes like a trailer

Why not put the bathroom by the bedroom and the kitchen by the laundry room

This place comes with just about everything- full size fridge? Washer/dryer? Dishwasher? Holy Moly, I’m in. And steel construction? Yes!

It looks like a bunker with one small window. He has to show the interior with all light on to make it acceptable. Kind of depressing to live in a house without natural light. You end up depressed.

Have you ever checked out a tiny home with 1 1/2 bathrooms, Terry? I'm new to your channel, so I don't know. I really feel that tiny homes should always have an extra toilet. It's the best minimal layout, even if you're single, and I'm sure both resident/s and guest/s will appreciate it. 😎👌

Nice build quality and great use of standard flat pack cabinets. Its great to see another builder utilizing the wonderful yet undervalued space saving pocket door. I love a well utilized pocket door. The site installed porch kinda works to mask the mobile construction site office/parking lot coffee hut look this unit has going on - all thanks to the single drive-thru inspred window on the front.

I'm surprised by how many viewers are loving this awkward, dare I say ....inefficient layout. The bedroom sized/drive-thru window in the living area, the tiny bathroom window high above the kitchen sink, and the little transom over the bed all remind me of a self build using closeout windows from the local home center. Perhaps this model was inspired by a custom build.

Don't get me wrong I fully appreciate attempts to think outside the "box" when planning the interior layout of said box. In the expanding pre fab industry everyone is doing their best to stand out. One such way is creative layouts maximizing limited space with the aim of appealing to more buyers. As evident by the comments my opinion of this specific model floorplan is in the minority column.

I look forward to seeing other models from this capable builder.

Those steel studs increase thermal bridging in colder climates...not good. Also....water lines in exterior walls???? Again....not good. What about insulation???? Assuming they used closed cell for that flat roof????

I wish there were more small windows close to the ceiling and a window in the bathroom.

Those short cabins are an insult at that price. Having tall ceilings and short cabinets is such an eyesore.

I love this, great size at an excellent price. Also I love the amount of windows, I would hate to live in a goldfish bowl.

Can you ask why builders don't use an on demand water heater? It would definitely save space especially in these tiny homes

Love how wide and how high it is. This makes a major difference to how big and airy it feels. I think if I bought it just for me, I’d want the bathroom on the same end as my bedroom to shorten the walk at night. But for a couple, I’d appreciate this layout for reducing the sound of your partner using the bathroom while you’re still sleeping.

They're going to see that their price point on this horrible layout is going to fail.
