If only the spirits turned into trophies when max leveled.

Glad the spirit capture is more fun and fair than it was for capturing boss trophies in Subspace Emissary, that was a nightmare, especially for catching Meta Ridley.

Is anyone getting a weird audio delay

I'm really not conviced about these Spirits. Aside the fact that I don't like that Trophies have been replaced with mere official artwork copied and pasted, by how I look at it, if there are over 1000 spirits to get, and you only get just one at time (when you got trophies in past entries you always got them into bunches between the various modes like Trophy Rush, Classic Modes and so on), getting all of them could get VERY tedious... and boring.

Luigi can equip himself that's like mario fighting dr mario.

I'm guessing over 3000 spirits total. There are far more battles in the world of light mode than I thought. Combine that with the ones you can fight in the shop.

I’ve been trying to figure out if there’s a menu for you to see spirits and maybe information about them and what game they’re from. I’ll honestly be bummed if there’s no information attached to spirits.

Let's say that there are exactly 1000 spirits in smash ultimate. And let's say to battle and collect each spirit takes about a minute and a half to do, assuming you don't have to re-fight the spirit. This means that to get every spirit could take upwards of 25 hours. That's how long it took me to 100% Kirby Star Allies.
