I do have one question. How to you ensure you have to correct length to go around your piece? What size us the base square and the rectangle strip you used to create the box corner?
ОтветитьThank you so much for your video. It was clear to follow and my corners have come out perfectly, after lots of previous failures! So pleased! 😊
ОтветитьGreat video how do you deal with a seam in the side boxing at the corner?
ОтветитьPerfect! Thank you for sharing!
ОтветитьGreat advice would also have been to START the seam at the seam allowance distance also.
ОтветитьOK, got that. Now, have you done, or would you do, a video on how to overstitch the seam? That would be greatly appreciated and useful. Thanks!
ОтветитьI love this method but my fabric always bunches up at the needle. I wonder if it's because of the way I'm turning the fabric
ОтветитьYour teaching is great.
I subscribed.
Great job!
My machine has a knee lift for the pressure foot. I see you're using the hand lever.

ОтветитьI bought his tutorial package. WELL WORTH THE MONEY! This is where I learned upholstery. MTRC Crane is where I learned machine set up and maintenance. Check it out.

ОтветитьSo awesome! Thank you!! I’m making a cover for the a/c and have square corners. Very straightforward 😊
ОтветитьI don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I’m trying to make a flat cap and it’s got that inside corner. On the right side of the It comes out perfect. On the left side of the calf I get a dimple every freaking time. I don’t know what I’m doing differently.
ОтветитьAWESOME ❤️ Great illustration. Thank you.
ОтветитьExactly what I was looking for thank you
ОтветитьNow I wish I could see how you attach the back side fabric to make the complete cushion cover?
ОтветитьDo you only cut through the top piece of fabric? (The rectangle piece in the video and not the square as well?)
ОтветитьBrilliant! Thank you!
