10 First Butter Snowboard Tricks to Learn

Great list and explanations! Sadly I've never had a soft board so a lot of these don't look as good, but still fun to mess around with!

and where is the "best board for butter tricks" ? I don't think k2 afterblack is, nor k2excavator. they are very stiff for that.

How do you handle not to catch an edge on landing? Especially on tricks. I think that's my most frustrating thing while learning tricks.

My Capita is a 4 flex and is the most stiffest board i've ever used lol (yes ive broken it in, btw)

I was slaying most of these tricks before I knew they had names! Really enjoying learning butters, they feel so simple but steezy

So nice that you give the extra advice on WHERE to do the trick, like doing the nose press uphill to get it better. Love the video's!

My new board is so fast I butter for 1 second and then I need to stop to control my speed XD

wow that board is so flexible, mine feels like a titanium bar... I can't even get my nose off the snow while standing still and leaning thowards the butt

Im still a noob but the only trick i know is the butter spins i find it so easy, i learned it inna day jus messing around lmaooo

Just remember tha 3bt almost never catches compared to a normal nose and tail

Figure out how to do a nose roll 360 completely on accident, spent the rest of the day eating shit trying to recreate it, managed to land it 4 more times.

wouldn't hybrid rocker (camber rocker rocker) profile desk or classic rocker be better to do butter tricks than the one u recomended???

Penguin walk is so exhausting, especially on 3000 meters hight.

The penguin walk is honestly the best. I use it everywhere and when you get good at it you can jump pretty fast and far and it looks goofy as hell haha
