Interesting and well presented ...no mention of the classical beer cellar though.

I'd be interested to hear what the presenter thinks of the proposal to "glaze in the whole length of the open arcade facing the quad  - which will entirely alter its grand, austere character" (this the assessment of Piloti in Private Eye).

Sublime music over speech is distracting. Part of my brain wants to listen to the music and the other part the words. Otherwise a succinct exposition. 

The library is simply gorgeous. As I watched the camera pan over those lovely books, however, I had to wonder if anyone reads them anymore. Are they simply untouched artifacts, with modern readers going to the internet for their information?

"Provost" rhymes with "toast", not "lost".
