Amazing story because Stephen Curry is an amazing person and it esteems from his upbringing that's playing out in his adult life.

I remember Steph coming out of college and everyone was saying “ he’s to small and skinny or that type of player doesn’t make it in the nba he’ll be playing over seas by year 3” and now here we are he changed the game and is one of the best players to ever play and the best shooter ever and has never been in trouble or been a distraction to the team. He is a great ball player but an even better person.

That is a very cool thing to do. QP doing what he should be doing as a newbie, trying to be personally responsible and not impose on others and Steph pushes past the pleasantries to get to the meat of the matter and do something really meaningful.

All my Christians out there, back me up: that’s what the Holy Spirit does in a person. You stop being selfish and start being selfless. Steph could have easily been like the other 50 guys and just leave him there, but instead, Steph saw an opportunity to show Jesus to someone, his teammate that he is with everyday. He maybe never spoke a word about Jesus to QP on that drive, but by taking time out of his schedule to help a teammate in need is what it is like to be a Christian. How cool is it to see such a small action by Steph make such an impact on a person? For QP to say this on national television in front of everyone not caring who heard it tells you it was different from others who have maybe done the same thing in his life. I could keep going on this, but I’ll leave it to my Christian brothers and sisters to continue this discussion, but I will leave it at this: it is so cool to see moves of God on this level. You see all the secular culture that gets pushed with BLM and gay pride and all the other trash that we experience when all we want to do is watch sports, but we never hear about these small moments where we see God move on the professional level like this. When was the last time we heard about something like this? At Ohio State maybe? What about before that? It just goes to show that it doesn’t matter who you are, whether you are a blue collar worker or whether you are a future Hall of Fame point guard for a NBA team, God can use you right where you are and lead others to come to a knowledge of the truth. If by some miracle Steph sees this comment, I hope he becomes encouraged that even while he dominates on the basketball court and goes for his fifth ring, that his acts of faith and willingness to go against the crowd and run from the evil things of this world in pursuit of holiness is not going unnoticed, not by his peers and not by his fans. I hope that these statements encourage Steph to fight the good fight and to run and finish the race that has been set before him, because God can create revival right there in the middle of the NBA just as he can in the middle of a church. Thank you, Steph, for rekindling the fire that has maybe grown cold in our hearts and I hope that this leads to many hearts being reinvigorated for the Lord’s work and that revival breaks out across the nation because of one man’s willingness to be the light in the midst of darkness.

My wife and I know someone who is a cable guy. He's an older guy, he told us he went to install internet and cable at a house and it was Steph Curry. He said Steph and his wife could not have been nicer, he said they were so down to earth, respectful and were just straight up good people.
