The Future of College Sports: A Conversation with Lead1 CEO Tom McMillen

Lead1 President and CEO Tom McMillen joins the Future of College Sports Initiative to share his thoughts on the NCAA reform. In his role at Lead1, Mr. McMillen represents D1 Athletic Directors of the Football Bowl Subdivision. Prior to this role, Mr. McMillen was a Congressman, an 11 year NBA veteran, all-American college basketball player at the University of Maryland, and original member of the Knight Commission.

The Future of College Sports Initiative is a student-run series of conversations on NCAA reform hosted by Duke Law’s Sports and Entertainment Law Society (SELS) and the Student Sports Law Network (SSLN). This event was also co-hosted by the University of Maryland's Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law organization (EASL).
