It's funny how different the servers are. Lushun is #6 on the NA server if you discount Hoffman and Cassard. These are very high right now, but new ships always are and they decline over the next year or so then level off. At the Top on NA are Somer, Ragnar and Smaland (two of which aren't available). Druid and Z42 also are doing better. If you run just the top 50%, then Z42 moves slightly above Ragnar, and both out perform Smaland. Different strokes, ay?

"best performing DD" ?!?!?! no such thing i would say, because....... its the Player and his play style, who actually knows what the DD can and can not do, that is responsible for the Performance of the DD !!
