Well, I agree you should just leave. There’s nothing wrong with standing in the exit gate and waiting to make sure nobody goes down or gets hooked so that they can get helped but if you’re in the exit just to teabag the killer that’s when it becomes toxic.

I feel like allowing the killer to close the exit gates back should be a thing, but it's blocked for a couple of seconds so you can't just leave the gate open for your teamates across the map.
