I have combo skin w/ a super oily t zone and love love love this foundation 💜 but as with any foundation I have found that the correct skin prep and the right primer is what makes or breaks this foundation for me.
I also have to mix shades and I’m lighter than you, it suck’s bc it’s so expensive.

Try Chantecaille Future Skin! It’s more light coverage but I think I would prefer that for my wedding over a full coverage foundation

Try Pur cosmetics whenever you can! I have the 4-1 pressed mineral foundation in DG3 golden dark and that works for me the shades have neutral, golden, and pink undertones! I matched myself when Pur was still in Ulta but they don't have items in store anymore but I do know they are available in select Macy's at least in nyc. I would like to try and see if I'm slightly a different shade to see if i'm more neutral but I love the way this works for me!

This foundation with the one size setting spray did not budge at all on my wedding day. Even removing tikka tape from my forehead didn’t move it at all.

It’s absolutely crazy how many sephora employees go lighter even when matching to the neck!! i’m vaguely in the light-medium range and every single time, they say “wow! that’s a perfect match!” and i look on my neck and it’s basically white 😅
now whenever someone asks if they can match me, i immediately decline and run in the opposite direction!

Not really! Does not look good on you. You should try some other brand. This foundation photographs really bad. Telling this from my personal experience

It's been my OG for so so long but it's biggest flaw is that it doesn't last long. I have dry skin but I still lose a good patch off my nose at the end of the day. It does wear off beautifully though because I tried other foundations over the years and the wear off was horrendous and you could tell from a mile away my nose was bare while with Armani you can't.

I love the look of this foundation, but also have combo skin, so it doesn’t last the best on me. Maybe try the shiseido synchro skin self-refreshing - that has been my HG lately!

No hate at all, genuine question , but a lot of times, on video it looks like almost all complexion products that you test are too orange on your skin. Do you think using more cool toned only, without mixing in warmer tones, would match your skin tone better?

Have you tried the new formula for the MAC Studio Fix. It is very blurring and I was able to find a match for my skin NC46. It is mattifying as well.

The shades aren't in numerical order from light to dark btw. I learned that from an Armani rep.

Usually your neck if a few shades darker than your face because there’s hair on it and as u Arab girly I understand. Or it’s just dirt that on your neck that you need to exfoliate

The problem with indian skin is we dominatly have warm undertone but we aldo have some cooler undertones. So foundation never ends up looking natural. Most foundation especially in india are just warm so it makes it yellowish on the skin. We have bit complicated undertones.

There is one.... Kay Beauty by Katrina it's a celebrity owned brand specifically for Indian skin. They have a hydrating foundation with 41 shades which is medium cover but the issue is availablity... but too many people loved that foundation...

I use Dior forever glow with the star filter. I think I’m 4N. You may be slightly darker. Maybe one shade. It’s gorgeous

The Chanel les beiges foundation for normal to combo/oily girlies is the best for weddings! Lasted all afternoon and it was in Sep during the hot FL weather.
