Omg. "That's totally normal"? Lol. Umm.... No, I disagree. In my opinion, it's not normal to experience such a massive loss that it'll require ~5 years of perfect trading to recover. The likelihood that they would experience a 74% drop and NOT be in a margin call are incredibly small. Meaning that those losses can be permanent. This is one of your best videos.

Skyview's educational videos are great... I routinely share some of them with newbies since they are great at using analogies to explain concepts. I paid for their $15 14-day trial last year...watched all the premium content and was able to cancel by the end of the 14 days. It was nice concise information but I did not see enough value to justify paying beyond the 14-day trial.

What a great video. You really asked the tough questions. What bothers me and what is apparent by their inability to either effectively deflect, or answer is that they have not gotten the questions you asked often, or at all. While buying option premium is less successful from a probability perspective, it seems that a beginner trader would be much less likely to destroy their entire account quickly.

This was an excellent commentary I really appreciate it. I actually learned a lot from their fundamental videos many years ago but never took the course. Regardless if they were withdrawing or taking paper losses on the March correction, they need to supply legitimate trading statements. If not it only shows they are hiding negative results. Most traders got their a** handed to them in March it’s OK to take losses but not OK to hide them from the clients. The March correction was a great barometer to review all these trading instructors

Everyone has a trading class or strategy in a bull market. Stonks only go up. BS. Lol. Look at weed stocks before earnings. They go through a weak hand shake out. Its going on right now. I got burned to many times and figured this out. Another one is expect a down slide with good news or expect a drop on good earnings because the guys accumalating during consolidation are selling to the fomo.

I definitely need to learn more. I am a newbie and am uncomfortable selling options to open, although I can see the appeal. Minimizing and understanding the risk is key for my investment strategies.
